About Project:

This project focused on developing and executing a social media strategy for SaladStop! in Vietnam, aiming to strengthen brand awareness, promote its fresh-made food philosophy, and enhance engagement with health-conscious consumers.

About the Brand

SaladStop! was founded in 2009 with the mission to redefine salads and bring a healthier approach to fast food. Operating across multiple countries, including Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Spain, Korea, and Vietnam, the brand believes every meal can contribute to a positive cycle of change. Guided by the motto “Eat Wide Awake,” SaladStop! promotes mindful eating that benefits both people and the planet.


Objectives

  • Increase brand awareness in the Vietnam market
  • Promote the “made fresh daily” philosophy and challenge pre-made food culture
  • Highlight the freshness, quality, and nutritional benefits of the products
  • Showcase customer experience and outstanding in-store service
  • Strengthen engagement with health-conscious audiences through social media content


Project Scope

  • Develop and execute a 3-month social always-on campaign
  • Build content pillars aligned with the brand message “Eat Wide Awake”
  • Create social media content to promote products, customer experience, and brand values
  • Develop visual direction and communication materials for digital platforms
  • Support brand storytelling through lifestyle-focused content and community engagement
