Shiseido is a high-end cosmetics brand from Japan, with a long-standing heritage associated with the Ginza area of Tokyo, where its first headquarters are located. The brand is distinguished by its philosophy of combining science, technology, and beauty, providing comprehensive beauty care solutions.


Objectives

  • To raise awareness of Ginza Tokyo, the birthplace of the brand
  • To increase brand recognition and interest during the 11.11 sale
  • To boost communication effectiveness and sales on e-commerce platforms
  • To launch and develop the Shiseido Zalo OA channel in Vietnam
  • To create engaging content, increase interaction, and attract followers


Project Scope

  • To build and implement a Facebook social always-on campaign (3 months) for “Ginza Shines”
  • To develop content and images based on the themes: Ginza Lively, Ginza Youthful, Ginza Bold, Ginza Impressive, Ginza Radiant
  • To implement CPAS (Cost Per Acquisition, Advertising on E-commerce Platforms)
  • To propose and produce a key visual for the campaign


Shiseido Zalo OA:

  • To plan and implement the launch of the Zalo Official Account channel
  • To develop a content strategy and channel development direction
  • To organize minigames to increase interaction and engagement, attracting followers
  • Producing written content, videos, and livestreams
  • Maintaining always-on social media activity on the Zalo platform
